Position Title :   Website Administrator

Length of contract :   3 months +

Hours / OT / Billable hours per week : 5-10 hours a week

WFH / In Office :   Remote

Typical Day in the role :

• Maintaining and updating website content, including text, images, files, and multimedia elements.

Overseeing the functionality of the website for the organization.

Monitoring website performance, implementing improvements for accessibility and user experience.

Collaborating with designers and developers to ensure the website is visually appealing and functional. Must have :

At least 1-2 years’ of demonstrated experience in web design and administration

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with designers, and stakeholders effectively

Experience in ensuring accessibility standards are met

Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve website issues quickly and efficiently

Skilled in website security measures, including SSL certificates, firewalls, and regular backups

Education / Certificates :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
