Description de posteBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with preference for advanced project management credentials (e.g., PMP, Prince2). At least 10 years of technology experience, including 7 years in project management; manufacturing sector experience preferred. Required experience with ERP systems; SaaS implementation experience is a plus. Strong analytical and strategic skills, capable of effective decision-making and problem-solving. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel and ability to work in the US and Canada as required.
Responsibilities :
- Spearhead ERP project lifecycle, including design, deployment, and integration, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Manage project timelines through effective planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Conduct comprehensive training and support for ERP and IT projects, ensuring user competency.
- Maintain rigorous documentation standards for project status, system modifications, and training materials.
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization to ensure project success.
- Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures, focusing on system and data security.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of operational excellence and innovation.
