Description de posteEstablishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation. Working with Finance to ensure the transactions are flowing to the GL as expected and troubleshooting any issues Defining the parameters for customized programs and scripts in ERP applications. Developing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces. Providing oversight to the manufacturing ERP System. Coordinating users and user application of ERP and ensuring alignment between Systems & Design and Production. Providing technical oversight and guidance on how the ERP is set-up and used. Coordinating with stakeholder groups to ensure that the user ERP needs are addressed as the company grows Experience using Epicor Minimum of 5 years in an IT / Accounting role, having demonstrated the ability to lead change, develop people and manage projects Prior work experience in the following areas and with the following tools. Strong Presentation and Communication Skills (written & verbal) Ability to manage projects remotely High Level of Technology Competency – Epicor, Power BI, Excel Minimally, an undergraduate degree in Business or IT. Ideally, a CPA. Ability to travel within North America as required. Bi-lingual will be nice to have or an asset and English competencies. Work Permit
Job Description
Purpose of the role : Interface between the Operations and Finance / Accounting teams to lead implementation of IT tools and advance the use of and optimization of our ERP - Epicor.
Reports to : CFO & VP Finance
Position Location : Abbotsford BC, Brantford ON or Sherbrooke Quebec
Key Result Areas :
- Complete the installation of Epicor at Ani-Mat (Sherbrooke)
- Define and prioritize the enhancements that should be implemented in Epicor, manage the implementation process with internal and external resources.
- Review of Epicor SOP’s, ensuring they reflect work flows and are consistent between sites.
- Implementation of Interal (Maintenance and Purchasing Software ) across all sites.
- Implementation of one invoice approval software and EFT across all sites
- Review of current 3rd party bolt-ons to Epicor vs. using Epicor modules.
- Review and recommend Epicor modules or other software tools that if installed will improve business performance and deliver cost savings.
Responsibilities :
Analyzing existing software tools and leading IT system enhancements.
