The Opportunity

Venturis is looking for an ERP D365 Functional Specialist to join our team remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia . As the ERP D365 Functional Specialist you will work within the F&O ERP space for multiple legal entities and business units as a key member of the ERP team within the IT department. Gathering requirements, analyzing, delivering functional designs and solutions, following best SDLC methodologies, troubleshooting, sharing knowledge and training users and team members will be key responsibilities within this role.

The successful candidate must have hands-on working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP solution, and will bring strong application experience in support, design, and configuration of solutions for Finance, Retail, B2B and B2C Sales, Service, and / or Leasing / Rental industries. You will also lead and mentor others and use strong problem solving and analytical skills.

You are well-developed team player, excellent communicator, having organizational, and application proficiencies. Hand on experience and well-developed knowledge to develop SOP, Functional Design Documentation, and deliver workflow diagrams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the ERP D365 Functional Specialist your key responsibilities will include :

Sustainability

• Provide day to day ERP functional support for multiple ERPs and legal entities
• Take initiative to enhance and improve internal processes for the ERP team
• Manage resolutions delivery objectives, communication, and team status reporting
• Lead and train team members and end-users
• Maintain system and process documentation, including business and system requirements, process diagrams, and data flow charts
• Perform complex day-to-day ERP support activities (Tier 2,3) and problem resolutions

The base pay range for this role is : $100,000 plus bonus.
