Our client, a leader in the energy sector is looking for an experienced Bilingual ERP Dynamics Solution Architect for an initial 12 month contract opportunity. • Develop the definition of the strategic technology roadmap by aligning technology with the portfolio's strategic needs.
• Contribute to analyzing industry technology trends that could benefit the portfolio.
• Build strong partnerships with business and technology stakeholders within the portfolio.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand how current systems support portfolio business functions.
• Identify transformation opportunities and incremental improvements to enhance the position of systems supporting portfolio functions.
• Present cross-domain and cross-system strategic and tactical solution design options and recommendations to decision-makers.
• Mediate cross-system design decisions, including functional placement and integration that span system boundaries.
• Capture current and transition-state architectures for the portfolio through views and models.
• Facilitate the cross-functional evaluation of technology products under consideration for the portfolio.
• Manage the definition of technology standards applicable to the portfolio's technologies.
• Manage the lifecycle definitions for technologies within the portfolio.
• Mentor and guide technologists in intra-system design decisions.The required qualifications of the ERP Dynamics Solutions Architect :
• Fully Bilingual French / English
• Experience defining enterprise system architecture, including ERP / CRM implementations (preferably Microsoft D365).
• Strong understanding of system integration practices, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-growing, mid-sized enterprise environment.
• Proven experience creating and managing architectural models and views for a technology portfolio.
• Expertise in analyzing technology trends and their impact on business solutions.
• Previous coding / programming experience within enterprise-level initiatives is an asset.
• Strong facilitation, leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French (written and verbal) and experience managing multi-system projects.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and make strategic architectural decisions.
• Professional rigor and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
