We are hiring for a Application Production functional support with one of our clients based in Montreal, QC.
Duration : 12 months
Is this an onsite role? Yes, Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm or 10 : 30 to 7 : 30 pm).
Location : 2001 2001 Robert-Bourassa Suite 900 Montreal Canada H3A 2A6 Quebec
Key Skills :
- Experience in financial industry experience.
- Knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle SQL / PL-SQL- ACCESS & EXCEL
- Prior experience creating procedures
- Must have worked on Collecting Metrics & Analyzing the request / tickets
- Measure and identify areas for improving Quality and overall Delivery
- Able to communicate efficiently
- Knowledge and / or experience of the Investment services industry / Funds Administration will be mandatory
