Overview
As an Airline Claim Specialist youll be the main point of contact for airline partners passengers and vendors. Your focus is helping resolve claims related to damaged mobility equipment by communicating clearly staying organized and finding effective solutions.
What That Actually Involves
- Respond to airlinepassengerand vendor inquiries quickly and professionally
- Manage mobility equipment claims from intake to resolution
- Coordinate with airlines passengers vendors and manufacturers
- Research vendors and solutions to resolve claims efficiently
- Accurately document claim details notes and supporting documents
- Prepare work orders purchase orders quotes and invoices

Essential Job Functions and Requirements
Ability to lift carry push and pull up to1015 pounds independently.
Active participation in virtual meetings is an essential function of this role. The employee must be able to consistently engage in scheduled video calls presentations and team discussions using various video conferencing platforms.
Must have access to a reliable internet connection and maintain a professional distraction-free remote work environment when working remotely.
Ability to operate a computer keyboard phone / headset and standard office equipment for extended periods.
Regular predictable attendance isrequired.
