The Role
As Regional Sales Manager , you will :
Lead and develop a team of sales representatives , coaching them to achieve and exceed targets.
Drive developer, dealer, builder, general contractor, and contractor sales , growing relationships and securing new business.
Support the inside sales, warehouse, and showroom teams , ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Execute a strategic sales plan , identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
Negotiate, close deals, and provide hands-on leadership, ensuring the team delivers exceptional results.

Sales & Leadership Expert – Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and inspire high performance.
Closer & Negotiator – Strong deal-making skills with the ability to secure high-value contracts.
Strategic Thinker – Ability to adapt to a changing sales landscape and implement new approaches.
Industry Experience – Must have experience in premium, value-driven sales within the Building Materials Industry.
