Our client in the printing industry seeks a detailoriented professional to support daily operations with a focus on administrative accuracy and efficiency. This onsite role requires precision in managing policy documents processing client correspondence and handling basic printing tasks. Ideal candidates are motivated skilled in customer service and comfortable working in a casual professional environment with a businesscasual dress code.
What is in it for you :
Hourly salary of $20.
12month contract.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm.
Onsite work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities :
Collate printed policies by product line with high accuracy.
Generate and mail client cancellation letters by registered mail for personal lines.
Monitor and respond to requests in the email inbox promptly.
Scan and manage policies as required.
Operate color production printers for basic printing needs.
Cover receptionist breaks lunches and other timeoff as needed.
What you will need to succeed :
High School diploma or equivalent (education verification required).
6 months to 1 year of experience in a professional clientfacing environment.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Technical proficiency with basic office equipment (printer scanner barcode reader).
Good communication and customer service skills both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Selfmotivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
Able to read write and follow English instructions.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
