ROLE DESCRIPTION

The CFO a member of the leadership team reporting to the President provides strategic leadership and oversight across all key elements of finance operations and compliance in our purpose-driven firm.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Provide strategic financial leadership aligned with our mission vision and long-term goals
• Lead all aspects of finance operations and compliance for our growing independent portfolio management firm subsidiaries and funds
• Oversee financial planning budgeting forecasting and analysis to support strategic decision-making and organizational growth
• Partner with other senior leaders on capital structure fundraising investor reporting and Board governance
• Develop and implement financial policies internal controls and risk management frameworks ensuring regulatory and industry compliance
• Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team Accountant Operations Manager Senior Portfolio Administrator and Portfolio Administrator fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Enhance workflows processes and systems to optimize efficiency and support cost-effective tech-enabled operations
• Manage relationships with key service providers and vendors that support the day-to-day operations of the finance operations and compliance functions
