We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This roll involves greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and handling administrative tasks o ensure smooth front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude.

Advantages
Salary - $40,000 - $50,000
Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities
Greet Visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Administrative Support - Handle correspondence schedule appointments and assist with data entry and filing.
Maintain Office Supplies, coordinate mail distribution, and assist with meeting preparations.
Provide a welcoming an professional experience for clients, guest, and employees
Qualifications
1 - 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
High school Diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
