• Lead and inspire a team of retail associates fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
• Schedule and manage team members to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
• Train and mentor new team members promoting their growth and development
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Assist in implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
