We're seeking a results-driven Software Account Executive who can contribute to our collaborative culture, working closely with stakeholders to drive business growth through new logo acquisition. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you'll drive revenue growth through managing the business activities, relationships, and revenue streams in your appointed territory to achieve sales revenue targets at the required profit margins. Locate new business opportunities and challenge the customer perspective, display the drive to succeed and bring vision and passion to the role when discussing our business solutions. Additionally, you will sell the entire range of company services to all key areas of the dental professional market, including both high street and mid-corporate businesses. Present thought-leading messages at trade shows, webinars, and collaborate with the wider company to align with our goals. Key Responsibilities :

  • Effectively identify and pursue Net New Business opportunities in your territory.
  • 70 / 30 outbound vs inbound
  • Take full ownership of the Net New Business performance in your territory.
  • Monthly / Quarterly / Annual quota attainment
  • Maintain sales cycle cadence in accordance with objectives.
  • Updating of company CRM platform.
  • KPI tracking and accurate forecasting of results.
  • Take control of the sales cycle; Articulate the value proposition, challenge accepted customer perception through education and market expertise, uncover true emotional and value drivers, efficiently close deals.
  • Skilled in Sales Cycle Management : Negotiation, Challenger Methodology, Value building etc.
  • Build & maintain strong working relationships with high-profile dentist advocates.
  • Build & maintain strong working relationships with multiple internal stakeholders to uncover new prospects and help them upsell / cross-sell additional products to existing customers in your region.
  • Work with the On-Boarding Team to hand over newly won accounts, update on all relevant handover information to ensure successful software installation. Revisit new sales as necessary to (re)secure installation and the business.
  • Qualifications and Abilities

  • Have a target-driven mindset and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (very short sales cycle).
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales activities.
  • Strong communication, demonstrating active listening, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Ability to drive change, be flexibility, and forward-thinking.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Able to calculate KPI’s on behalf of customer and make assumptive links to business improvement possibilities.
  • Occasional travel to attend sales events or exhibits.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Work with Autonomy, managing your day.
  • Experience

  • Preferably University level education.
  • 3+ years in B2B New Software Sales.
  • Challenger Sales Methodology experience strongly preferred.

    The posted range for this position is between CAD $75,000 - CAD $85,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role, On Target Earnings being CAD $130,000 - CAD $140,000.

    Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, training, current skills, certifications & education etc.
