Our Chief Operating Officer (COO) is currently handling all aspects of marketing, including ad buying, email campaigns, SEO, and website management. To support and elevate these efforts, we’re looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who can develop high-quality, innovative content that brings our marketing strategies to life.
Key Responsibilities :
Static Ads & Email Campaign Designs : Create eye-catching static ads and engaging email templates using existing photos and our brand book. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and designing fresh, on-brand visuals that align with marketing objectives and drive results.
Conceptualization & Creative Content : Develop new ideas for ad and email content that stand out in digital spaces. You’ll take direction from the COO and transform briefs into compelling visual concepts that resonate with our target audience.
Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines, but also bring a creative twist that keeps our content fresh and exciting. Your designs should inspire and engage while maintaining brand integrity.
Collaborate with Marketing Team : Work closely with the COO to ensure designs meet strategic goals. You'll help bring ad campaigns and email newsletters to life, with a focus on design that performs well across different platforms.
Qualifications :
Creative Vision : You should be an artist at heart, with the ability to generate innovative and fresh ideas for marketing materials. Your designs should stand out, spark interest, and reflect a modern, cool aesthetic.
Proficiency in Design Software : Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools is essential.
Ability to Take Direction : While you will have the freedom to explore creative ideas, you’ll also need to take direction from the COO, who will provide briefs and guide the marketing strategy.
Independent and Efficient : We need someone who can manage their workload efficiently, take initiative, and deliver quality designs within deadlines.
Marketing Mindset : Previous experience with marketing-related design (ads, email campaigns, etc.) is preferred. You should understand the impact of your designs on marketing performance and be able to adjust based on results and feedback.
Ideal Candidate :
You have a creative, out-of-the-box approach to design, with the ability to generate new concepts that grab attention and align with marketing goals.
You’re a problem-solver who can take a brief and turn it into a polished, engaging visual.
Your portfolio shows your ability to create engaging, modern static ads and email designs.
You work well independently but are comfortable receiving feedback and adapting your designs based on input from the COO.
Bonus : Experience with video editing software, including adding captions and shortening content, would be a great plus!
