As a Service Delivery – Order to Cash Staff, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process for a dedicated portfolio of customers.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include :

Maintaining excellent relations with our customers and vendors, while ensuring timely payments for our receivables and obligations.

Performing internal reporting to our finance stakeholders.

Conducting regular financial risk assessment reviews of our strategic partners in dedicated markets.

Collaborating with reporting, close and control, tax, and audit departments to ensure the accuracy of AR data presentation.

Your initial scope of activities will depend on your experience and knowledge. We are ready to open doors to the financial world if you are inexperienced, as well as provide opportunities for growth if you already have some experience.

Basic Qualifications :

If the following applies to you, you might be the perfect match for us :

Fluent in Polish (C1 or native)

Communicative in English (B2)

Excellent communication skills

Good analytical skills

At least basic knowledge of Microsoft tools, including MS Word and MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications :

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics

Knowledge of elementary accounting

B1 or above level in Czech, Slovakian or Ukrainian will be an advantage

Good time management skills

Knowledge of the end-to-end finance process

Remuneration 7,670 PLN - 10,550 PLN gross / month, depending on the level of experience and competences
