What You’ll Do

The Controller is a hands‑on role that partners closely with the CFO and owns ReelData’s day‑to‑day financial operations. This position is deeply involved in accounting execution, financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvement, with direct exposure to strategic decision‑making and senior leadership.

The Controller will lead the monthly close, annual review preparation, inventory and costing in NetSuite, and help maintain strong financial discipline within a growing, VC‑backed technology company. While the role includes some payroll, benefits, and people‑related administration due to company size, the primary focus remains on financial operations and operational finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Prepare accurate internal and external financial statements
• Prepare ASPE‑compliant annual financial statements and note disclosures
• Maintain working papers and balance sheet reconciliations
