About the role : Your Mission
The Strategic Partnerships Lead will identify, cultivate, and scale strategic technology and go-to-market partnerships to drive revenue, enhance customer value, and solidify Tidal Commerce / Umbrella as a premier Global Solutions Integrator in commerce and CX technology spaces.

Partnership Strategy Alignment
Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with Tidal's / Umbrella's vision and partner goals.
Relationship Management at scale
Cultivate trust and advocacy with partners and internal influencers (Account Executives, Solution Engineers, etc.) through proactive engagement and being top of mind with value that is relevant and timely.
Revenue Growth
Be a driver of co-sell revenue and solution adoption through partner ecosystems. Collaborate with the sales team to hand off details and keep oversight of the opportunity to ensure success between technology partners, our customers, and our internal teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ensure seamless collaboration amongst business units of Umbrella (Tidal, CMN, and Apsis teams) to deliver joint solutions and encourage holistic solutioning between all stakeholders.
Ecosystem Expansion
Identify and onboard new technologies to enhance Umbrella's solution portfolio with relevance to our customer needs and our focus.
Key Responsibilities
Manage key technology alliances, solution providers, and strategic partners. Be a driver in partner-led sales motions and expand the influence of Umbrella across global markets. Execute a partnership strategy that aligns with revenue, innovation, and customer experience objectives. Regional lunches / dinners for Tier 1,2 partners. Partner manager meetings with Tier 1 partners (Tier 2 / 3 when applicable). Personalized AE and SE outreach for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 / 3 partners in a way that provides value and keeps the firm top of mind. Organize partner meetup events . Attending industry conferences annually. Participate as a key leader in SKO meetings with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners. Publish thought leadership about partnerships in technology and services. Be a driver of certifications and partner enablement efforts with our internal teams helping our team drive to the top partner (Tier 1 only) Partner related CRM hygiene in Salesforce
