HYBRID role in Vaughan, Canada

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Merchandising Specialist to lead Pizza Hut Canada’s digital merchandising execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce principles, digital merchandising strategies, and data analysis techniques. This individual will play a key role in configuring layouts, running tests, and analyzing sales outcomes to enhance the overall online shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a strong sense of ownership of digital merchandising delivery and determination to achieve key outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :   (includes but not limited to) :

  • Configure online content using the Contentful platform, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all digital channels
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and IT, to develop and implement merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer journey
  • Conduct A / B and multivariate tests to optimize merchandising layouts, product placements, and promotional strategies
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in digital merchandising effectiveness
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital merchandising and e-commerce

Required Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or marketing related field, preferably in a QSR or retail
  • Proficiency in using Contentful or similar content management or configuration tooling
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Understanding of A / B testing methodologies and ecommerce metrics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities
