Job Title : Chemical EngineerLocation : Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver (Hybrid on-site, Toronto is preferred)Company Overview : Our client is an innovative company providing AI-driven solutions for manufacturing industries. They’ve recently secured $20M in Series A funding and are focused on optimizing operations and improving efficiency for major global clients.Role Overview : We are seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer to collaborate with clients on plant operations and process optimization projects. You will work with advanced modeling tools, interpret technical documentation, and provide data-driven recommendations.Key Responsibilities : Partner with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement.Analyze technical documentation like P&IDs and other plant diagrams.Gather and interpret operational data to support project development.Build project specifications and technical reports.Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to clients.Qualifications : Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.5-8 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or oil and gas (plant operations preferred).Strong understanding of industrial processes and technical documentation.Excellent client-facing and communication skills.Compensation : CAD 140,000 – 190,000 per year, depending on experience.Eligibility : Canadian citizens only.Interview Process : Introductory call with leadership.Take-home technical assessment and panel presentation.Cultural interview.Final offer.If you’re a driven chemical engineer looking to work on cutting-edge manufacturing solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
