We are looking for a Sous Chef for our Eagle Ranch Resort in Invermere, British Columbia. A successful candidate is required to work as per the company values : caring, integrity, excellence, team spirit and financial responsibility. Our approach to resort development and operations is simple - we strive to provide the ultimate guest experience - which means hiring and retaining team members who strive for excellence in all that they do.
Start mid-April and end mid-October.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef is responsible for supervising the kitchen and ensuring smooth communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house staff. You will also train the kitchen staff and check their work to make sure it meets our high standards.

Job Type : Full-Time
Salary : $54,000-$58,000 based on experience.
