M3C is in search of a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst – Microsoft Fabric Specialist (ID682). This permanent, hybrid position for our client located in Montréal East offers a stimulating work environment conducive to innovation, as well as a range of attractive benefits, including free parking, access to an on-site gym, and much more.

The responsibilities of the Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst – Microsoft Fabric Specialist are:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and analytical requirements.
- Design, build, and orchestrate end-to-end data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain semantic models supporting enterprise analytics.
- Implement and govern Lakehouse architecture to ensure scalable and high-performing solutions.
- Write efficient and optimized DAX calculations for complex analytical scenarios.
- Perform SQL-based data transformations, validation, and performance tuning.
- Apply strong data modeling and data warehousing principles, including fact/dimension structures.
Requirements
The requirements are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
- + 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data platforms.
- Bilingual English/French.
