As a Brand Specialist Intern , you will work closely with leadership and teams to establish a strong, unified department identity. This role offers an opportunity to apply your creativity, design expertise, and strategic thinking to make a lasting impact within and beyond the organization.

Responsibilities

• Utilize tools such as Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Jira to enhance collaboration and workflow.
• Work with stakeholders to define the department’s vision, mission, and values.
• Develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Customize SharePoint, Confluence, and Teams for a cohesive digital presence.
• Organize and structure content, branding, and collaboration tools effectively.
• Align product website branding with the department’s identity.
• Reorganize Miro boards and ServiceNow categories for better usability.
• Streamline email and distribution lists to improve communication.
