We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Senior Business Analyst to support a client in their critical digital transformation journey. This role involves leading the transition to Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, to improve service delivery, optimize operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will provide coaching and mentoring, facilitate training workshops, and ensure effective backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilitating Agile transformations for public sector clients, with experience in leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI for reporting and tracking. A minimum of three years of Agile coaching experience and relevant Agile certifications are required. - 12 months to start, with 12 month option to renew
