Adecco is seeking a highly qualified Aviation Advisor for a full-time, long-term contract with a prestigious oil and gas company based in Calgary, AB. The Aviation Advisor will support all aspects of travel to field locations, including charter air, bus, and helicopter services, manage vendor relations, and oversee the safe and efficient operation of client-owned aircraft. Additionally, this role encompasses financial and budgeting responsibilities related to aviation operations.

Shifts : Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and book corporate flights, charters, helicopters, and buses.
- Monitor aircraft utilization and optimize flight schedules.
- Develop short and long-term aviation strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulations and client standards.
- Support budgeting and invoicing for all aviation-related activities.
- Maintain and update internal travel documentation and website.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and support emergency response plans.
- Generate and manage aviation reports using Power BI.
