Our client, a Vancouver based law firm, is looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their aviation group. This role will allow you to grow and learn with a vibrant team.
Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to :
- Draft correspondence and basic pleadings
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare binders and organize documentation
- Prepare pre-bills, expense reports and follow up on accounts receivables
The ideal candidate will have :
- 3 years’ experience as an LAA
- An LAA certificate from accredited institution
- Exceptional work ethic
- A passion and affinity for numbers
- Keen to learn and take ownership of their work
Salary : $62,000 $72,000 per year dependent on experience.
