Account ManagerWe are hiring an Account Manager to join our growing digital signage sales team. The role focuses on managing the day-to-day relationship with our client and their existing accounts. Our team is built to provide digital signage services for large-scale digital signage networks as a single turnkey provider. Account Managers work with customers to be their voice inside the organization. They take client requests and work with other internal department managers to ensure all client needs are being met. If you have experience working in client services, customer success, project management, or in the creative or technology fields, we’d like to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and foster relationships with existing customers.Understand our customers’ digital signage network objectives.Work with internal teams to bring new technology and tactics to reach the client’s network objectives.Manage day-to-day requests for content, new installations, or field service.Manage timelines with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.Understand our responsibilities and obligations for pricing and turnaround times set out in customer agreements.Skills and CompetenciesWe’re looking for a client service professional that is outgoing, has an interest in learning about new technology, and has a passion for amazing content. Our Account Managers work in a fast-paced environment and need to excel with organization. They gather information from the client and act as an internal representation of the client inside the organization.
