System Integration Specialist
Our partnered client is currently seeking an Business System Integration Specialist. This is an integral role to support the IT workflow, integration & moving current process into a more modernized operational standard.
This role requires a hands on approach to assess and make recommendations for process improvement, software upgrades / updates / integration and financial system process.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to assure business alignment of employee technology needs are met.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of systems and what applications can potentially work best to meet business operations.
Responsibilities : Meet with internal departments to understand business processUnderstand Technology needs and assess current technology to suggest upgrades and improvementOversee major IT projects including system updates, upgrades and connection outagesManage hardware and technology for employees including access limitationsOversee maintenance and the development of the business systemCreating documentation and procedures as requiredEnsure business system requirements are documented and suggest solutions to architecture principles, guidelines and policiesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues by utilizing internal or third party IT teamsAssist in business online presence and working with marketing team for needs and requirements of their company pageReview, develop and revise IT policies, procedures and standards for security to assure integrity of company dataMake recommendations to technology, IT infrastructure and technologyCollaborate with third party vendor relationships including contracts and performanceCreate an internal audit schedule for IT systems and processRequirementsBachelors Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science3+ years’ experience as in system and application integrationProven Success of managing technology projectsUnderstanding of Privacy and data lawsExperience in systems and application integrationUnderstanding of data StructuresUp to date knowledge on software and security to assure internal data protectionPrior success with implementation and integration projectsKnowledge of Saas systems such as SalesForce
