Job description
QUALIFICATIONS
- 14 years relevant camp facilities/maintenance experience.
- College certificate and/or technical training.
- Small Drinking Water System Operator, WHMIS, Health & Safety, Chainsaw Operator.
- Knowledge of OHSA, MOH camp regulations, and Ontario Building Code.
CONSIDERED ASSETS
- General contracting, plumbing, and electrical competencies.
- Health and Safety Certification
- Chainsaw Operator
- Budget experience/computer literacy
PHYSICAL & WORKING CONDITIONS
- Outdoor, allweather work, frequent standing/walking.
- Use of ladders, heavy tools, and lifting >20 kg.
- Exposure to noise, chemicals, cleaners, chlorine, and occasional biohazards.
- Small motor vehicles and tractor use.
