About the Role

We are on the lookout for a talented and passionate Senior Product Designer to join this dynamic environment. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping user experiences and interfaces for complex products, all while contributing to the mission of delivering top-notch solutions.

Collaborating closely with the Lead Product Designer, you will help craft user-focused designs that make a real impact.

Your Responsibilities

• Champion User Experience : Advocate for exceptional user experiences in every project.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work alongside product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to define and prioritize design goals.
• Contribute to Design Systems : Help enhance and implement our design system across the entire product ecosystem.
• Design from Concept to Execution : Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and improvements.
• Iterate for Improvement : Use feedback and data analysis to refine designs and elevate user experience continuously.
• Conduct User Research : Engage in surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate your design choices.
• Present Your Work : Communicate your design decisions clearly to non-designers, ensuring understanding and encouraging feedback.
• Mentor Junior Designers : Foster a culture of design excellence by guiding and supporting less experienced team members.

Required Skills and Experience

• A degree or certificate in user experience design, human-computer interaction, product design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Background in enterprise software or SaaS products.
• Experience with design systems.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Experience designing for various platforms, including mobile, tablet, desktop, and responsive web apps.
• Strong skills in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Deep understanding of design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects.
• Familiarity with coding and development processes is a plus.
• A great portfolio that demonstrates your work flow, approach, design sensibility and results.
