Job description

Join to apply for the Trainer Telesales Staff role at Seven Retail .

Job Responsibilities :

Provide accurate and clear training on beauty services, medical procedures, and post-treatment care to Telesales.
Analyze complaints from clinics caused by Telesales errors and develop preventive actions to avoid future complaints.
Perform daily Quality Control on chat agents.
Master all medical services offered by the clinic, including procedures, latest medical technologies, and innovations in beauty healthcare.
Design new training programs to introduce the latest beauty technologies.
Update training materials based on the latest industry developments.
Prepare weekly reports and present weekly reports to the Manager.

Skills Required :

Graduate from PTN with a minimum GPA of 3.3 or from PTS with a minimum GPA of 3.5.

At least 2 years of experience as a sales trainer or beauty clinic trainer.

Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

Logical and structured thinking abilities.

Data management skills (Excel, Google Spreadsheet).

Strong problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Critical thinking skills.
