Job Opportunity : Associate Director / Commercial Manager Construction Consultancy / Owners Rep
Location : Quebec City, Canada
Salary : $150-200,000 CAD
Relocation Bonus : Up to $10,000 CAD (gross) for qualified candidates that have Canadian Work Authorisation

Are you an experienced senior commercial manager, cost consultant or quantity surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading global construction consultancy / owners representative based in Quebec City, Canada?
We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage cost management systems.
- Lead a small team and ensure efficient project delivery.
- Maintain direct contact with clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Drive the successful execution of large-scale construction projects.
You have :
- Canadian work authorization is required.
- Bilingual in French is a plus, but not mandatory our team is bilingual and ready to support.
- Experience in data centers is advantageous but not essential. We value experience in large-scale programs / projects in fast-paced sectors.
- Previous experience of the Canadian construction sector.
- RICS, PQS or CIQS chartered status is a plus but not essential.
