Regulatory Specialist

About the Role

The Regulatory Specialist plays a key role in ensuring finished food products meet all applicable food safety, regulatory, and certification requirements at the time of sale across domestic and international markets. You will report directly to the Director, Food Safety & Quality.

This position sits at the intersection of regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration. Depending on experience, the role may focus on hands-on regulatory execution or expand into strategic oversight, leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Objectives of the Role

• Lead and manage the supplier approval program , including raw material and supplier risk assessments, documentation, and ongoing compliance oversight.
• Build and maintain an international regulatory library for all raw materials , ensuring regulatory requirements, specifications, and certifications are current and accessible to the business.
