As an HR, Lead Implementation Specialist , you will participate in the creation, from scratch, of HCM solutions for all types of business. You will use analytical skills to design, configure, test and deliver the HCM solution that fits your clients’ needs. You will partner with clients to understand their business needs, analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and guide clients toward the best solution for their unique needs. You will build rapport, establish trust, and support clients to secure their engagement throughout the implementation.

You should be comfortable communicating clearly with clients over the phone and in writing, ensuring full support to sustain engagement.
