Shuttle Dispatch Coordinator

Do you enjoy organizing schedules, working with people, and keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Shuttle Coordinator to play a key role in creating a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

You’ll work closely with drivers, customer service, and operations teams while supporting an international clientele.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule customer shuttle transfers by phone and email

• Assign, schedule, and direct shuttle bus drivers

• Train and support shuttle dispatch assistants and drivers

• Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Complete general and role-specific administrative tasks

• Coordinate vehicle maintenance scheduling with Customer Service, Production, and Rentals teams

• Provide occasional reception coverage as needed

• Support customer service activities such as vehicle demonstrations, returns, and tour desk assistance

• Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional vehicle transfers within the Lower Mainland

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines

• Friendly, professional, and confident working with an international clientele

• Strong team player with a high level of integrity and accountability

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset

• Class 4 driver’s license or willingness to obtain one is an asset

• German or Dutch language skills are considered an asset

Compensation: $22 - $23 per hour
