Step into a role where curiosity collaboration and problemsolving drive real impact. As a 4month Operations Intern youll work directly with colleagues clients and crossfunctional partners to resolve daytoday operational challenges while helping shape customer service strategy and identify opportunities for improvement across the division. Youll analyze current conditions contribute to action plans and support projects from initial concept through completion all while participating in key meetings and gaining handson experience that builds both confidence and capability in a dynamic growthfocused environment.

Responsibilities

• Interacts directly with colleagues clientele and / or other internal or external constituencies in the planning of assignments and the resolution of day-to-day operational problems.
• Contribute to the development of customer service strategy.
• Define the current condition of the division to identify opportunities and create a target condition with action plans to improve operational results.
• Follow projects through from conception to completion with a focus on meeting stated objectives.
• Participate in meetings as requested.
• Other functions that may be assigned.
