What You Will Be Doing

• Implement and maintain VMI programs at customer sites, including bin setup, stock replenishment, and vending equipment support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer personnel to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Verify incoming shipments, resolve discrepancies, and manage returns as needed.
• Monitor stock levels, generate replenishment orders, and obtain customer approvals when required.
• Maintain clean and organized inventory areas following 5S principles.
• Troubleshoot and maintain vending equipment, including setup and basic repairs.
• Use Gerrie’s technology platforms for order entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and customer success.
• Participate in customer site surveys, conversions, and special projects as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel daily within the assigned region.
• Preferred experience in supply chain, inventory management, or customer service.
• Familiarity with handheld scanning devices and labeling equipment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/order management systems.
