Become an integral part of a rapidly growing team at a company in the Real Estate & Property industry as an Accounts Payable (A / P) Clerk on a contract / temporary basis. This long-term position is offered through Robert Half. Serving as the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will match, batch, and code invoices, resolve A / P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G / L, and process checks. We seek out ambitious professionals who are creators, leaders, and pioneers. Located in Richmond Hill, Ontario, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a long-term contract / temporary position.

Major responsibilities

• Help with internal and external audits as required
• Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis
• Execute full-cycle A / P
• Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned
• Provide customer service to internal business partners
• Handle the administrative needs of the AP / Finance Department
• Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed
• Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them
