Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment. Starting wage at $19.00 an hour, with opportunity for growth Low commute times from Stewiacke, Belmont, Salmon River, Millbrook, Truro / Truro Heights, Hilden, and Brookfield. Paid weekly Shift premiums PPE provided On-site cafeteria Extended health & dental benefits Pension plan 12-hour shifts on rotation between day and night shift 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am
Position Purpose
To help us reach our goals, we are looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team in Truro, NS in the entry level role of Production Worker.
Principle Accountabilities
This role differs depending on department but will include :
- Assisting team members develop resin, tape, and woven products.
- Inspecting the quality of product during production.
- Loading and unloading the materials between departments
- Keeping a tidy work area.
- Other tasks as assigned.
