THE TEAM

The mission of the Product Marketing department is to iconify our product so that everybody wants to buy it.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Product Marketing team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the translation of product investments into strategic product marketing opportunities, to drive demand and maximize global recognition of our product.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we promote the right products, with the right messaging that positions Aritzia to maximize sales and boost brand awareness in the marketplace.

THE ROLE

As the Manager, Product Marketing, you will :

  • Ensure alignment between product and marketing business.
  • Seamlessly manage and measure our product marketing programs.
  • Develop and manage product marketing briefs.
  • Provide business direction on the right products to feature in our marketing communications.
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate product marketing performance.
  • Update marketing priorities and plans based on in-season performance, business changes, and opportunistic in-market trends.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager, Product Marketing, has :

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and / or experience in Product or Marketing.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
