Senior ERP System Analyst

The Sr. ERP / Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and documenting computer information systems, serving as project leader to guide systems through programming, testing, and implementation.

The role will act as a technical subject matter expert on the organization’s ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT / ERP systems and services that are aligned with the long-term plan (LTP) of the company.

Effectively resolves complex problems by conducting a thorough analysis of the problems and employing appropriate strategies for resolution.

• Facilitate user departments obtaining new computer systems or modifications to existing systems by understanding the functions of the user department and analyzing current processing and procedures, advising them on appropriate alternatives in meeting their computing needs, and assisting them in the preparation of associated requests.
• Promote the development of programmers and analysts by assisting with their coding techniques, assigning analytical responsibilities as deemed appropriate set out by management.
• Assist in the formulation of implementation strategies for new tools and computer technologies to be used by programmers and analysts, by leading the evaluation and testing of such tools and technologies and providing management with the results of those evaluations and tests

Recipe for success :

• Completion of college diploma in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in implementing, customizing, and developing solutions for medium-large business’ ERP systems.
• Completion of university degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in implementing, customizing, and developing solutions for medium-large business’ ERP systems.
• Proven success in a full-scale migration to a new ERP platform.
• ERP system technical administration certifications (SAP preferred)
• Certified SCRUM Master or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
