Job descriptionProvide inbound customer support using a call flow guide Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Maintain broad knowledge of client products and / or services, such as smartphones and computers Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a focus on problem-solving Strong focus on building customer relationships 1+ year of customer service experience Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule High school diploma or GED Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong problem-solving skills Technical support experience preferred Eagerness to learn new technologies Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from at home A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
