YouthCounsellor (Full Time Overnights) Opportunity :

The YouthCounsellor plays a pivotal role as a main support figure for young individuals here at Vantage. This awake overnight shift is 11 : 30pm – 8 : 00am Wednesday – Sunday each week and is vital to ensure around-the-clock support. They are an essential team member committed to delivering services to young people and families within a well-organized environment.

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to constantly learn and evolve
• Organized; with a strong focus on accurate and consistent record-keeping
