Wilderness Resort Server

Siwash Lake is inviting service team members to join us for our upcoming guest season and beyond. We are seeking servers looking to develop and hone their fine dining experience while working in a unique and beautiful wilderness setting. Our team is passionate about sustainability, embraces correo and variety, and strides to create lasting impact on our guests. We pride ourselves on creating unforgettable guest experiences, and always go above and beyond through our service excellence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Previous serving experience
• Current Serving it Right or equivalent certification
• Acts with a sense of urgency, and holds themselves accountable to a high standard
• Possess social skills required for serving a high-end, discerning clientele
• Mentally prepared to relocate and live in a remote wilderness environment
• Comfortable with children
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to abide by the resort’s established systems and sustainability best practices
• Must be safety and detail oriented, and passionate about cleanliness
• Clear communicator, adept at listening
• High school diploma
