Your new role
In this role, you will provide essential support to our Managing Partner in handling litigation matters. There is no docket target.
Your responsibilities will include :
Drafting Legal Documents :
Prepare pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documents related to civil litigation cases.
Case Management :
Assist in managing litigation files, maintaining deadlines, and organizing case materials.
Legal Research :
Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
Court Filings :
File court documents electronically using Caselines and manage court appearances.
Clientmunication :
Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have :
Experience :
A minimum of 3-8 years of experience as a Litigation Law Clerk, preferably in civil litigation.
Legal Knowledge :
Strong understanding of civil procedure, court rules, and legal terminology.
Attention to Detail :
Meticulous in document preparation and case management.
Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
Team Player :
Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
