Family Practice (100-1967) (Permanent Family Practice)

The Perpetual Health Centre is looking for Family Physicians to join the clinic.

Located on the third floor at the Landsdowne Professional building, this clinic will be attractive to physicians who are looking to provide longitudinal care. We have an opportunity for hard-working individuals to join our streamlined clinic. If you like to work in a collegial practice that provides patient-centered care, this is the right place to be. We take pride in providing appropriate and timely care to our patients. You are welcome to bring your practice or set up your practice from our existing waitlist. Work will include all aspects of a family physician role in the community with a concentration on Complex Care/Chronic Disease Management, Elderly care, Mental Health Management, Women's Health, Child and Adolescent Care, and Men’s Health with additional options of special interest in the area of your choice.

We can offer complete independence to choose your hours, your holidays, and your style of practice, while providing you with a turn-key, highly efficient, well-equipped, staffed, and managed clinic where work satisfaction and remuneration for work can be maximized. The clinic is expanding and is acquiring a neighboring office to increase workflow and efficiency. We host a well-run building with underground parking. A new Family Physician will be well supported. We are hoping to be a teaching center in for medical students and residents.
