Opportunity :
P&R Truck Centre has an exciting opening for a Parts Technician in our Victoria locations. Working on the front line with our customers, the Parts Technician will contribute in one of Canada's best managed companies.

Responsibilities :
- Sell, store, and supply parts to external customers
- Distribute parts to internal repair shops
- customer focused technical role that requires variety of skills
Skill Set :
- Customer service focused to service and maintain a base of loyal customer
- Responsible for customer relations including resolving customer concerns.
- Strong critical thinking skills to implement workflow procedures and continuous improvement initiatives for the parts department.
- Computer use including processing parts and supplies, maintaining records, preparing orders, posting receipts, sales contracts, stock adjustments and credit requests.
- Following the inventory and merchandising processes while upkeeping the retail display.
Requirements :
- Experience in heavy duty parts department
- Class 5 driver's license
- Apprentice to Journeyman Parts Technician trade ticket an asset but not required
