Front End Supervisor – Mattick’s

At Red Barn Market, we’re proud to provide our community with an outstanding shopping experience. We’re looking for a Front-End Supervisor to support cashiers, ensure smooth transactions, and deliver top-notch customer service at our Mattick’s Farm store.

Responsibilities :

• Supervision :  Assist in supervision, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
• Training : Train new cashiers on company policies and procedures.
• Cash Control :  Oversee cash handling, deposits, transaction accuracy and manage registers.
• Customer Service : Provide friendly, efficient service at checkout—scanning, bagging, assisting with inquiries, returns, and answering phone calls.
• Cleanliness and Organization : Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front-end area.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments and assist with stocking when needed.
