Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Clerk / Cashier (2 Positions) at our C-Store and Gas Bar Location in Shellbrook, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Shellbrook C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following :

• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Provide in-store service; serve guests, operate the point of sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company and government policies, procedures, and standards in social responsibility of the selling of age restricted items such as lottery, tobacco, liquor.
• Ensure a culture of safety while maximizing operational efficiency.
• Have a good working understanding of the POS system.
• Receive, price and display merchandise as required specified by the team leader.
• Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports.
• Position is primarily based in the C-Store / Gas Bar, with cross-support in the Wine, Spirits, and Beer department as needed.
• Support and follow the Asset Protection and Security Management systems, policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
