Job description

We are looking for a motivated and independent Accounting Secretary to join our team in the construction sector.

Location : Terrebonne

Industry : Construction

Main Responsibilities :

Entry and filing of invoices
Preparation and submission of monthly reports (CCQ, DAS, FTQ, etc.)
Negotiation and follow-up of insurance policies
General administrative support

Desired Profile :

Experience in accounting or bookkeeping (experience in the construction field is an asset)

Good knowledge of Avantage software

Precision, discretion, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently

Conditions :

Part-time : between 16 and 24 hours per week

Salary to be discussed , based on experience
