Outreach Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Outreach Associate to join our team. The Outreach Associate will be responsible for delivering door hangers to the Red Deer community as part of our outreach efforts.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver door hangers to homes and businesses in Red Deer and surrounding areas, following established campaign plans.
2. Ensure that door hangers are delivered accurately and efficiently, meeting or exceeding project timelines and budgets.
3. Monitor and report on outreach efforts, including delivery numbers, feedback from residents and businesses, and any other relevant information.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach efforts and progress.
5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
4. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
5. Familiarity with Red Deer and surrounding areas is an asset.
